Mre Instructions

I realllyyyyy NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!!!!????

I just downloaded a movie from Graboid. It’s a RAR file. I’ve been told to download a program called WinRAR to extract the files. I don’t understand how to do so. Can you please give me step by step easy instructions. It’s hard for me to understand. Im only 14. If not is there another program that is mre easier? I really wanna watch this movie, and I can’t if I don’t know how to Extract it, and I wanna watch it, and burn it to a disc then.

for that, u just need to right click the .rar file, and there should be an option (with a winrar icon beside that looks like 3 books stacked up), choose the top one, after that, it should open up a new window. saying a lot of stuff. all u have to do is click on the desktop, and click ok, don’t mess with any other button, and it should start extracting. after when it’s done, u should see the extracted file on your desktop .
