How to lose weight in a month, no hunger?
I started doing track this winter, and I lost about 5 pounds and came to about 128 pounds. in 14 and a novice. I have length in the winter, and now doing it in the spring, I do not know what happneded, but not only do I gain back the weight, But another 2 kilos! it could be muscle? in the 135 now and i want to be 8-10 pounds less. i dont have much fat on my sides, I (they've lost), but my lower abdominal muscles has a little fat. in the morning my stomach is perfect, a muscular hard, theres no fat at all, but it comes back as the day goes on. Why? What should I do My stomach is like the whole time? i have a dance coming up in mid-May in order to have i ant slimmer thighs. Please hellppp. i dont need mre excerisize, I run about 2-4 miles 5 days per week and has almost every day core (crunches sit-ups), but I think I eat a lot. How much should my calorie intake, if i plan to lose like a pound or two in the coming weeks. I want real fat, not losing "water weight".
